Pete - "Well, I said it all last week, didn't I? You made me a hero! You really have a great voice & I could sit here & listen to you singing all day. You can never predict how you're going to sing a song. You sing it beautifully & then you go into it. I've been trying to think all week of who you remind me of & its Bobby Darin, & a few people will know he could have followed Sinatra but unfortunately he didn't live long enough. I think you have a Sinatra-esque quality about your voice. Its different."
Nicki - "It's an absolute joy to sit here & watch you perform. There's a real swing about your performance. Looking back to the early days of these auditions, I struggle to remember you, but since filming at Teddington, you really have been up there & you've really raised the stakes."
Foxy - "I thought you were brilliant tonight. You remind me of, in the way that you sing, of Mick Hucknall. He sings so effortlessly on stage & you have that relaxing quality in your eye. You looked like you were loving it. I could listen to you sing all day, I really could. Well done."

Nicki - "Each week you get stronger and stronger. I still don't remember you at the beginning of this search & now look at you, each week you come on. I don't know why you chose that track. Is it a favourite? It suits you so well, though. Well done."
Foxy - "William, I think you're pure class when you sing. You love singing & its so easy to watch you & its such a lovely thing. I think you could become the new young king of cool. Robbie Williams has the biggest selling album this year with 'Swing When You're Winning'. You could have done that album. You could do Burt Bacharach covers & it would sell millions because you do it really well. I think you're going to go a long way.
